History
Founded by entrepreneurs Raymond St. Martin and Jeremy Quant, The Business Team AI brings together over three decades of experience empowering small businesses and building transformative digital brands. Raymond’s career began in local advertising and evolved into leadership roles at major media platforms, where he pioneered ways to connect businesses and communities through data and technology. Jeremy’s journey started in art and design, leading creative teams behind campaigns, digital platforms, and brand strategies for organizations like Samsung, DoorDash, Harley-Davidson, UFC, Vox Media, and Emerald Cities Collaborative.

Raymond St. Martin
Raymond St. Martin has empowered thousands of small and local businesses since 1994. Starting as a Yellow Pages sales representative with Pacific Bell Directory, his career evolved with the rise of digital advertising. He launched one of the first fan review platforms and later served as Director of Local at Vox Media, where he built a national directory connecting sports fans with restaurants, teams, and bars. A holder of multiple AI and data-related patents, Raymond is passionate about harnessing technology to drive business success.

Jeremy Quant
Jeremy Quant is a serial entrepreneur, brand strategist, and creative technologist dedicated to helping small and local businesses thrive in the AI era. Over the past decade, he has led cross-functional teams to build bold brand platforms, websites, campaigns, and digital experiences for organizations like SVB Bank, Lyft, Airbnb, DoorDash, LACMA, Emerald Cities Collaborative, and the California African American Museum — bridging culture, design, and strategy to fuel measurable growth.
As co-founder of The Business Team AI, Jeremy focuses on transforming how businesses communicate, operate, and scale through AI adoption. His work combines strategic storytelling with cutting-edge technology — empowering entrepreneurs to optimize their operations, attract more customers, and compete in a rapidly evolving market.
Before launching The Business Team AI, Jeremy founded Dot Red, an art-and-tech company supporting emerging visual artists, and now leads JQ Design Labs, a boutique branding and digital agency. He is passionate about helping 100,000 small businesses embrace AI tools that unlock new opportunities — enabling them not just to survive the next wave of innovation, but to lead it.
